Grandmother's Boiled Raisin Cake

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • half cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions :
