- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons sherry

- Heat marshmallows and cream over low warmth, folding again and again until marshmallows are 1/2 melted. Remove from heat, and maintain folding until combination is clean and fluffy. Cool.

- Sprinkle a buttered loaf pan with 1/four cup graham cracker crumbs, then pour the marshmallow concoction over crumbs. Chill very well.
